Screensaver Overview

Tropics has developed a screensaver that can display a Samurize config. The screensaver is installed to your Windows directory when you install Samurize with the Screensaver install option selected. Brief usage instructions can be found in the Screensaver_Instructions.txt file in your Samurize folder.

The screensaver works by displaying image data obtained from the Samurize Server executable. You need to have the Samurize Server installed when you install the screensaver otherwise it will not work.

Samurize tab Config File: Select the config file you wish to display in the screensaver from the dropdown list.
Edit... Opens the selected config file in the config editor.
Config Update Rate: Sets how often the screensaver should update its display (in milliseconds).
Pause all Samurize Clients Pauses all running Samurize clients while the screensaver is activated to save resources. After the screensaver exits, all clients are restored to their former state.
Hide all Samurize Clients Hides all running Samurize clients while the screensaver is activated. Very useful if you are using "abs on top" clients because they would stay on top of the screensaver, too. After the screensaver exits, all clients are restored to their former state.

Display tab Display Mode: Fit to Screen - the config is stretched to cover the entire screen area
Zoom proportionately - the config is stretched proportionately to cover as much of the screen area as possible
Random Position - the config is displayed in a random position. It is moved to a new random position every specified time interval.
Designed Position - the config is displayed where it was placed in the config editor
Fo Shizzle to teh Cubizzle - the config is mapped onto the 6 sides of a rotating cube :)

Clone - the screensaver displays the same thing on all connected monitors.
